Some information about the landscape
In front of Vecio Piave, you can see the Valle Dragojesolo.
With an expanse of almost 1200 acres, Valle Dragojesolo represent one of the most isolated valley from the lagoon, enclosed between Valle Cavallino and Valle Fosse, surrounded by mainland and the low riverbed of the Sile.
The hunting "Casòn" and fishing "Casòn" (tr.=cabin,cottage,farmhouse) are separated but both located on the eastern side of the valley, path of the road to Lio Maggiore.
Valle Dragojesolo landscapes are significantly various: the great water surface of the lagoon, the typical towpaths, cane and shrub fields etc.
The valley is also the habitat of egrets, purple herons, marsh harriers, shrikes and wagtails nesting among thorns and tamarisks.
The local species of fish farmed include the ones typical of Veneto valley, in particular grey mullet, eel and sea bream.

In front of Vecio Piave runs Sile river, lifting your eyes you can admire the wonderful Laguna Veneta. Few minutes away from our restaurant there are amazing lagoon routes for biking lovers.

40 min. away from Punta Sabbioni, from where you can board to Venice and its Islands.

Kids are going to have fun on trampolines, luna park or in the smaller playgrounds on the beach.
Among the leisure port are located the diving center, fishing center and sailing school.
You can explore the landscape by riding a horse, a bike or simply by walking.
Every year Jesolo proposes a full of events calendar including theatre, art, literature and music; from the open-air concerts to cabaret and sand scultures.
And for the sports fan, there are several beach volley and beach soccer tournaments, not to forget the Jesolo Night Marathon.
Awaiting you at sunset there's the lively Via Bafile, a walk through the many shops, bars and stores open till late night, a lovely pedestrian path for a worldly walk.
What about nightlife in Jesolo? Looking for fun in the several clubs and discos around Jesolo is mandatory for every one. Jesolo give birth to new musical trends that become landmarks for many local and foreign clubs.
